Scope of Work: Communication Strategy, Event Organization, Media and Promotion

After 10 years of presence in Dalat, Ana Mandara Villas Dalat had yet to establish a strong brand identity. The French cultural heritage within the resort had not been fully leveraged, leaving the brand less prominent.

On the occasion of its 10th anniversary, we developed the “La French Touch” communication strategy to bring the story of the French villas from the Indochina era closer to target customers, engaging them through direct, authentic, and relatable activities:

• Immersive event for over 30 journalists, KOLs, and government officials at Ana Mandara Villas Dalat. Guests joined a “French Village” tour, where the story of the villas' origins was re-enacted. Staff dressed in vintage aristocratic costumes to enhance the experience. The event concluded with an intimate evening featuring impressive French music and cuisine at Le Petit restaurant.
• Activities: Special check-in, villa tour experience, French cuisine, art exhibition, and vintage French market.
• Launch of the French Village Tour Service alongside the 10th-anniversary celebration.
• See Sing Share music project by Hà Anh Tuấn, telling Dalat's story through music in a nostalgic setting.

The campaign’s achievements:

• Over 100 media articles were published.
• A 30% increase in social media visibility and engagement.
• The “French Village Tour” became a highlight in Dalat, establishing Ana Mandara Villas Dalat as a symbol of French culture in the city.
